What 1:1 Coaching Includes...
1. Introduction Call
Once you get started - we will have an initial call going over your coaching questionnaire. We will discuss your goals, training history, nutrition habits, workout preferences, lifestyle, schedule and any other questions you have.
2. Nutrition
Do NOT let food control your life!
Calorie and macronutrient targets that are personalized for you and your goals.
Weekly check-ins and macro adjustments are provided as needed along with the 1:1 messaging support / accountability to help you consistently achieve your goals!
3. Personalized Workout Plan
Once I get your initial coaching questionnaire and we have our first introduction call, Coach Kelly or Coach Colette will create a customized training program that is 100% personalized to you! We take things such as: your goals, experience, available gym equipment, and work / life schedule all into consideration.
4. Education
5. Support
24/6 access to your coach, so you never go another day with questions unanswered. We are there every step of the way to support you and help you feel confident AF with your goals!
Weekly check-ins where you submit a detailed form providing any feedback for the week (wins, obstacles, questions, things you want to focus on for the week and how I can help you get there). You will then receive a detailed check-in response from your coach (sent via a video recording with on your check in day).
One zoom call per month to ensure that you are getting all of the help / support you need or provide extra education for you!
Group chat (in-app) with community support and discussion.
Facebook group with weekly office hours to see us via video if needed (we go live every week, monthly giveaways in group).

We require a 12 week (3 month) commitment up front and after your first program we have options to continue month by month or as long as you would like:)
